Back here

Dear friends,

While I'm back here again, it's so familiar. You know the place, although it's a 4 million habitant-city. This is the third time I'm here, and I didn't see the Himalaya, didn't see the forests,  the rivers, the lakes, the jungle...
So this time , I hope to do more, as I hope time allows me to. I have a interest here, and it's all about dentistry.
I met some doctors and dentists here, and they have another mentality, for example most of them start the day with yoga, or meditation. Can't see it happen with dentists in Belgium. They are friendly, and curious about technology and science for dentistry. Sure, they follow congresses and teachings, but here in KTM, there is no dental-technicians school, no training and education. So that's my goal : to organize this for young people, and give lectures, also to create jobs for them in a dental lab.

There about 50 good working dental practices in KTM, who do crowns and bridges, and implants. Most of the works go to India. So I tell them, to keep the work inside KTM, and make it here, That's what I want to achieve.

But it's a long way to go, and hard decision are to be made.
So help me Buddha

Hi friends

well, I'm back in town. Kathmandu, city of traffic, bandha's, en dust, and for the moment, comming season : the monsoon.
when I arrived on the19th, I immediately had lunch , with Kabit. I was invited to his marriage at Badhrapur for the comming weekend, but I had to cancel on the last moment, because my visum for India was not cleared on time. Pitty, because I was interested in a Hindustan marriage.

So I made a lot of appointments during this week, with all contacts I build up from last year. But, considering the Nepali Way, everything goes very slowly. like cancelled appointment, no phone-answer, delays...
You get use to it!
